Throughout life everyone experiences a keyframe, an essential moment in their life that seems ordinary. To evoke this, I use images that appear generic but could be associated with important memories or thoughts. Some of these images are film, and some are converted to black and white. I use monochrome images to create a sense of age and a past time.
Another aspect of a keyframe is that it can blend into things around it, becoming hard to recall. Several images in this zine have been distorted, manipulated and appear glitched. This is to show how memories become less clear as time passes.
